When you set an appointment or request more information, as part of the new patient or communication process, we collect the personal information you give us, including but not limited to your name, address, and email address.
We use this information to set up appointments, contact you with additional information based on your needs, perform follow up communication, etc. With your permission, and only when you have specifically given us this information, we may contact you with information or promotional material about our practice, new services, special offers, and other updates.
Non-Identifiable Information and Log Data
Like many site operators, we collect non-identifiable information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site ("Log Data"). When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law. We are bound by HIPAA laws and protections. We take our patients' and prospective patients' privacy very seriously.
Section 4 - Third-party Services
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics and Squarespace Analytics that collect, monitor, and analyze non-identifiable statistics such as those listed in above under Section 1 (regarding Log Data).
We also use third-party vendor re-marketing tracking cookies, including the Google AdWords tracking cookie, to promote our practice and services. This means we will continue to show ads to you across the internet, including on the Google Content Network (GCN). As always, we respect your privacy and are not collecting any identifiable information through the use of Google’s or any other third-party remarketing system.
